Breathe in my Life, Breathe out my Love

I went to Adoration for some silence to re-center my exhausted head and my slumping heart. While I was praying, an older woman had to catch her breath after walking up the stairs. She genuflected, and fell back in a pew. She began to pray as she caught her breath in the presence of the Eucharist. Now isn't that what Adoration is truly about, catching our breath in His Presence?
