Growth: proven by science

Updated: Mar 14, 2018

I took the Myers-Briggs test again for my Spiritual Direction classes. This time I got an ESTJ (Extrovert, Sensing, Thinking, Judging). Now I have taken this test multiple times for my Psychology classes, programs I have been involved, and ministries. I usually get an INFJ (Introvert, Intuition, Feeling, Judging). Why did I get something so different this time? I see that I am GROWING. I am half and half on extrovert-introvert, but I see myself focusing more on the other. I am able to sense what is right in front of me and stay in the present moment. I am always reflecting back and thinking through our moments. I am also judging if it's good, bad, how I'm reacting to something, if it's fair, and so on. I really have changed from where I used to be in life. It's not easy living away from my support system of home, but I see now that there is a purpose in it all--to push me further than I thought I could go.
