Holy Work

During our spiritual direction classes this week, it was brought up that doing housework can be a form of prayer. Scrubbing the floors is preparing holy ground for your family. How powerful is that?
We can become better disciples by transforming our every day, "dirty" work into holy work. Each task or project that we do around the house or at work is an opportunity to pray for someone other than ourselves.
