I Trust in You

I have had to take off a lot of work lately, which means going without a few paychecks. Along with taking off work, I have had to help a few people with some purchases so they can go about daily life without struggle.

"Do small things with great love." Take on the suffering of someone else so that they can be nourished and loved as they deserve to be.

Even though I am helping another, I can't help but think of the challenges I will face because of the money I have given. With every purchase, I would say to myself "Jesus, I trust in you." I know that He will provide when He sees fit.

The Monday after my time serving and donating, I received a special email from my former college professor and mentor. He asked if I would like to co-lead a summer camp with him at my Alma Mater. I will be able to evangelize, to listen to high school students, to pray, and to teach a few lessons with my college mentor at my Alma Mater for a stipend. God answered my prayers with being able to teach about Him for a little chunk of change that will cover what I have given up for others.

He certainly provides when it is least expected.
